摘要
该研究测定了宜宾硬头黄竹叶黄酮提取物中多糖、蛋白质、总酚、粗脂肪、挥发性物质等基本化学成分,探究了竹叶黄酮提取物中黄酮有效成分.结果表明,竹叶黄酮提取物中除黄酮外,还含有较多的糖类和酚类物质,通过HS-SPME检测出6种醛类(24.87%)、3种酸类(18.13%)、4种酯类(13.87%)、5种酮类(32.31%)和1种酚类(7.92%)共20种挥发性物质;通过UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS检测出竹叶黄酮提取物中有609种物质,其中黄酮类化合物中共鉴定出43种,占比达60.6%,黄酮类物质中主要以异牡荆苷、异荭草苷为主.因此,该研究为竹叶黄酮生物活性成分的开发利用奠定了理论基础.
Abstract
In this study,the basic chemical components such as polysaccharides,protein,total phenols,crude fat and volatile substances in the flavonoid extracts of Yibin Bambusa rigida leaves are determined,and the effective components of flavonoid extracts from bamboo leaves are explored.The results show that besides flavonoids,extracts from bamboo leaves also contain a significant amount of carbohydrates and phenols.A total of 20 volatile substances are detected by HS-SPME,including 6 aldehydes(24.87%),3 acids(18.13%),4 esters(13.87%),5 ketones(32.31%)and 1 phenol(7.92%).There are 609 substances in flavonoid extracts of bamboo leaves detected by UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS,among which,43 flavonoids are identified,accounting for 60.6%.Flavonoids are mainly composed of isovitexin and isoorientin.Therefore,this study has laid a theoretical foundation for the development and utilization of bioactive components of flavonoids from bamboo leaves.
