Optimization of Extraction Process of Rose Anthocyanins and Their Anti-Fatigue Study
In order to optimize the extraction process of rose anthocyanins and investigate whether they have anti-fatigue effects,in this study, with Pingyin rose as the test material, its anthocyanins are extracted by ultrasonic extraction method, and the ultrasonic extraction process is optimized through response surface test. Finally, the optimal ultrasonic extraction process for rose anthocyanins is determined as acid-alcohol ratio of 1.6:20,solid-liquid ratio of 1:16,extraction temperature of 50 ℃,and extraction time of 50 min.In the anti-fatigue test of mice, the anti-fatigue ability of mice given rose anthocyanins increases by 72.5%compared with that of mice in the control group, and in the determination of blood biochemical indexes of mice, the mice given rose anthocyanins also show obvious advantages in glycogen consumption, lactic acid and urea nitrogen accumulation. This study indicates that rose anthocyanins have certain anti-fatigue effect on mice.
