Thoughts and Practical Application of Rehabilitation Training for Laceration of Round Ligament of Femoral Head of the Freestyle Skiing Aerials Athlete Sun Jiaxu
Objective:To study and summarize the physical rehabilitation training ideas,rehabili-tation plans, and evaluation methods for elite athletes Sun Jiaxu with femoral head round liga-ment tears. Methods:A 5-week physical rehabilitation training was conducted on injured athletes us-ing research methods such as literature review, expert interviews, and testing.Using a combination of subjective and objective evaluation to monitor the rehabilitation training process.Based on the phased evaluation results, the training objectives, tasks, and plans for three stages of rehabili-tation training were developed to improve hip joint flexibility and muscle strength after injury, reduce the difference in muscle strength between the left and right hips, strengthen the stability of core muscle groups, and develop lower limb muscle strength and landing stability. The ability of injured athletes to perform vigorous exercise and return to specialized exercise was assessed through hip joint functional screening and physical fitness testing. Results:After the rehabilita-tion training, pain degree of hip joint, muscle circumference of lower limbs, physical fitness test results, functional movement screen, and subjective evaluations of training volume, training in-tensity,swelling and pain index improved significantly. Conclusions:The monitoring methods of objective and subjective evaluation are the basis for formulating personalized rehabilitation training goals and plans. This study suggests to use isometric strength training and closed chain exercise mode at the first stage, gradually increase the intensity of muscle strength training around the affected side at the second stage, and adopt the specialized physical training at the third stage to restore the athlete's neuromuscular innervation ability to the maximum extent,so as to recovery the specialized athletic ability to the pre-injury level.
