目的:探讨残疾儿童青少年身体活动行为的家庭影响因素。方法:在中国知网、Web of Science、SPORTDiscus、PsycINFO、Embase、PubMed和Scopus数据库中检索截至2023年6月30日的定量、定性及混合设计文献，采用聚敛整合法和半定量分析法对相关文献进行整合分析。结果:研究共纳入56篇文献，涉及样本量4152人。确定了4类一级家庭影响因素，即家庭社会人口学特征、家庭环境、父母支持和父母心理特征，共涉及29个二级家庭影响因素。多种家庭因素对残疾儿童青少年的身体活动行为产生显著影响。例如，家庭经济收入、家庭成员参与度及父母的身体活动行为与残疾儿童青少年身体活动呈正相关;家庭结构(单亲)、父母的安全顾虑及父母压力与残疾儿童青少年身体活动呈负相关。结论:父母支持和父母心理特征2类因素与残疾儿童青少年的身体活动存在较为一致的关系，未来的实践干预和政策制定应予以充分考虑。此外，仍需开展更多高质量研究对家庭因素做进一步检验。
Family Factors Influencing Physical Activity Behaviors in Children and Adolescents with Disabilities——A Hybrid Systematic Review Based on Quantitative and Qualitative Study
Obiective:This study aims to investigate the family factors influencing physical ac-tivity behaviors among children and adolescents with disabilities.Methods:It utilizes a conver-gent integrated approach and semi-quantitative method for integration analysis of literature con-cerning quantitative,qualitative,and hybrid designs from inception until June 30,2023,re-trieved from databases of CNKI,Web of Science,SPORTDiscus,PsycINFO,Embase,PubMed and Scopus.Results:In total,fifty-six studies involving 4152 people have been included.The results identify 4 categories of primary family factors-family socio-demographic characteristics,family environment,parental support,and parental psychological characteristics-involving a to-tal of 29 secondary family factors.Various family factors have significant impacts on the physi-cal activity behaviors of children and adolescents with disabilities.For example,family income,family members'involvement,and parental physical activity are positively correlated with phys-ical activity behaviors in these children and adolescents.Conversely,family structure(single-parent),parental safety concerns,and parental stress are negatively correlated with them.Con-clusions:This study concludes that parental support and parental psychological characteristics have relatively consistent influences on physical activity behaviors in children and adolescents with disabilities,highlighting the importance of considering these factors in future practical in-terventions and policy formulations.In addition,more high-quality studies should be conducted to further examine the relevant family factors.
