Hierarchical Coupling:The Action Logic of Sports Social Organizations for Promoting Common Prosperity at the Grassroots Level——A Case Study Based on Knightian Uncertainty
Based on Knightian uncertainty,this study conducts research on the Zhejiang Entre-preneur Basketball Club and abstracts the hierarchical coupling action logic.The study indicate that actions taken by sports social organizationsto promote grassroots common prosperity aim to deal with uncertain factors in the environmental field.These factors include fluctuating support,complex grassroots power relations,and ambiguous local objectives.The actions of sports social organizations reflect hierarchical logic that aligns with the national strategies at the macro level,local governments at the meso level,and the acquaintance community at the micro level,so as to obtain support from multiple parties.The overall action can follow the logic of hierarchical cou-pling to respond to uncertainty.The specific approach is to design a good system and continuous-ly gather consensus from multiple parties;advocate for industry leadership and emphasize the di-rection of common prosperity;emphasize the concept of sustainability and optimize the environ-ment of grassroots platforms.
