This study uses methods such as case analysis to deeply analyze the connotation and functional characteristics of high-level comprehensive scientific and technological service guar-antee in national training bases,sort out the practical exploration process of high-level compre-hensive scientific and technological service guarantee,and summarize the experience and inspi-ration.Research suggests that the connotation of high-level comprehensive scientific and tech-nological service guarantee in national training bases is guided by the goal of assisting the na-tional team in preparing for competition,providing one-stop high-quality service guarantee for athletes and coaches.It has functional characteristics of competitiveness,comprehensiveness,and diversity.Taking the Qinhuangdao Training Base of the General Administration of Sport of China as a typical case,significant achievements have been made in the guarantee of high-level comprehensive scientific and technological services through active exploration in creating a"four in one"integrated model,creating a high-level scientific training center,strengthening characteristic innovation and application promotion,and deepening cooperation among multiple entities.Enlightenment:In-depth exploration of the integrated development model of the base,strengthening the coordination and linkage between multiple entities;continuously improving the high-level scientific training center to achieve full process technology service guarantee;comprehensively enhance scientific research awareness and collaboration,and promote the inte-gration of all elements of sports technology;effectively building a high-level technology service team and providing comprehensive support for technology talents;improve the high-level tech-nology service system to ensure the construction of high-quality training bases.
