Rational Exploration of High-Quality Development of Competitive Sports under the Background of Building a Modern Socialist Country in All Respects
The comprehensive construction of a modernized socialist country is a strategic goal put forward in the report of the 20th Party Congress,and it has become a guideline for the development of various undertakings in China at present.Using research methods such as literature research and logical analysis,this study combs its influence on the development of competitive sports,and pro-poses a strategic response to the development of competitive sports in China in the new journey.The study concluded that the high-quality development task of comprehensively building a social-ist modern country requires reforming the way and pattern of resource allocation of competitive sports,adjusting and optimizing the content,institutional guarantee,and inter-subject relationship of competitive sports product supply,and promoting the balanced and high-quality development of competitive sports.The study recommends optimizing the content system for the modernization of competitive sports,dividing competitive sports products into three categories:competitive glory,competitive participation and competitive performance,and scientifically planning the modernized development path of competitive sports product supply in China;constructing the institutional sys-tem for the modernization of competitive sports,and building a scientific and reasonable institutional guarantee system around the three categories of competitive glory,competitive participation and competitive performance products;tuning the role of the main body for the modernization of com-petitive sports,and playing the role of the main body for the modernization of competitive sports.The main role of the modernization of competitive sports development is to give play to the lead-ing role of the government in competitive sports products,the leading role of the society in compet-itive participation products,and the leading role of the market in competitive performance products.
