我国优秀教练员执教能力的形成特征、影响因素及实践启示——基于冠军教练员的深度访谈

以我国8位冠军教练员的访谈文本为分析资料,采用文献资料调研、逻辑归纳等研究方法,对优秀教练员执教能力的形成特征与影响因素进行总结与归纳。研究认为,优秀教练员执教能力特征存在"传统与现代""主动与被动""匠技与育人"三重维度;同时,集合众多子能力、对个人和环境因素相互嵌套、把握阶段性成长要素、发掘多元学习路径是优秀教练员执教能力形成的重要影响因素。优秀教练员执教能力形成的实践启示有4点:1)强化与促进:注重多元执教子能力的协同发展;2)整合与优化:系统改良教练员职业发展生态环境;3)识别与深化:增强各阶段执教关键能力的发展;4)联合与互动:加强教练员知识学习的系统规划。
The Formation Characteristics,Influencing Factors and Practical Enlightenment of China's Excellent Coaches' Coaching Ability——Based on In-depth Interviews with Champion Coaches
This study analyzed interviewed texts for eight championship-winning coaches in China and summarized and synthesized the formation characteristics and influencing factors elite coaching abilities by checking documents and performing logical induction. The research suggests that the characteristics of elite coaching abilities exist in three dimensions:"tradition and modernity","proactivity and passivity" and "high skill and education". Additionally,the im-portant influencing factors for forming elite coaching abilities include the integration of multiple sub-abilities,the interplay between personal and environmental factors,the grasp of developmen-tal stages,and the discovery of diverse learning paths. There are four practical inspirations for the formation of excellent coaches' coaching ability:1) strengthening and promoting:paying attention to the coordinated development of multiple coaching sub-abilities;2) integration and optimiza-tion:systematically improve the ecological environment of coach career development;3) identifi-cation and deepening:enhancing the development of key teaching abilities in each stage;4) com-bination and interaction:strengthen the systematic planning of coaches' knowledge learning.
