The Effect and Optimization Strategy of the New Enrollment Policy on the Cultivation of Competitive Sports Talents in Schools
The promulgation and implementation of the Guiding Opinions on Further Improving and Standardizing the Examination and Enrollment of High-level Sports Teams in Colleges and Universities (hereinafter referred to as the "New Enrollment Policies") has raised higher stan-dards for the quality and efficiency of the training of competitive talents in schools,at the same time,it has also brought new challenges and opportunities for the survival and development of sports teams in colleges and universities. The study deeply analyzed the impact of the New En-rollment Policy on the cultivation of competitive sports talents in schools,and proposed optimiza-tion strategies for the cultivation of competitive sports talents in schools on this basis. The study concludes that to a certain extent,the New Enrollment Policy can promote the resolution of the "learning and training contradiction",deepen the integration and collaboration of the talent train-ing system at different levels,and strengthen the resilience and inclusiveness of the development of the talent training system. In this context,in order to realize the high-quality development of school competitive sports talent cultivation,it should further clarify the relationship between sports and education,build a high-quality school competitive sports talent delivery chain,construct a high-efficiency school competitive sports talent cultivation mechanism,and optimize the power system of school competitive sports talent cultivation.
