Logic,Dilemmas and Breakthrough Paths of the Construction of Competitive Sports Governance System in China
Based on the theory of institutional change,this study summarizes and analyzes the construction logic of China's competitive sports governance system from four aspects—subject,motivation,way and path.Historical practices showed that,influenced by external incentives such as social and economic changes and internal development needs,China's competitive sports governance system has evolved along a gradual path under the cooperation of multiple sides in a mandatory way with incentives.This logic has both positive and negative effects.In order to promote the modernization of competitive sports governance system,it is necessary to achieve"good governance"and high-quality development as the goals,and follow the path of adjusting the system with democracy,optimizing the system with science,protecting the rights of entities with rule of law,so as to create a hub organization,improve supervision,evaluation and legal institutions.We should also use blockchain,artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technologys to improve organization and management,empower personnel training and training,and upgrade competition event service supply.In addition,we should adhere to fair jus-tice,scientific legislation,strict law enforcement,purify the organization and management eco-logical environment,protect the rights and interests of talents and keep training quality to create a fair environment for sports competitions.
