经颅交流电刺激与α波音乐对篮球裁判员工作记忆能力的影响研究

目的:分析篮球裁判员在经颅交流电刺激(transcranial alternating current stimulation,tACS)和α波音乐刺激下工作记忆水平的变化,探讨2种刺激干预在实际执裁中的应用前景。方法:选取30名篮球一级裁判员,随机平均分为实验组和对照组,实验组分别在α波音乐刺激和tACS电刺激条件下进行2-back任务测试,对照组接受假刺激,采集受试行为数据的准确率(accuracy,ACC)和反应时(reaction time,RT),并进行重复测量方差分析。结果:1)在α波音乐刺激下,与基线阶段相比,仅在线刺激阶段ACC显著提升(P<0。001);RT水平在线刺激阶段未呈现显著变化,在刺激后显著下降(P=0。015);2)在tACS电刺激下,在线刺激阶段ACC无显著变化,刺激后阶段显著提升(P=0。003);RT水平同样在在线刺激阶段无显著变化(P=0。395),刺激后阶段显著下降(P=0。001);3)不同测量阶段和不同刺激条件间的交互作用显著(P<0。05),基线阶段-在线刺激阶段的α波音乐刺激与tACS电刺激的ACC阶段差值差异不显著(P=0。114),在线刺激-刺激后阶段的差异显著(P=0。011);tACS电刺激下的RT降幅略大于α波音乐刺激下的RT样本,但差异不显著(P=0。311);刺激后阶段,α波音乐刺激下的ACC停止升高,tACS电刺激下ACC显著提升,并且超过α波音乐刺激下的样本,其在线刺激-刺激后阶段差值差异显著(P=0。011),tACS电刺激后的RT降幅更大,但与α波音乐刺激后的RT降幅相比不显著(P=0。511)。结论:α波音乐和tACS都具有提升篮球裁判员的工作记忆ACC和RT的效果,且两者对ACC和RT的提升程度基本相同,但tACS的见效时间相对α波音乐而言具有一定滞后性。
Research on the Effects of tACS and α-Wave Music on the Working Memory Capacity of Basketball Referees
Objective:To investigate the changes in working memory levels of basketball refer-ees under tACS and α-wave music stimulation,and to discuss the prospects of applying the two stimulation interventions in actual officiating.Methods:Thirty basketball referees at the first level were randomly and equally divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental groups were tested on a 2-back task under α-wave music stimulation and tACS stimulation respectively,while the control group was under sham stimulation,and the subject behavioral data were collected in terms of accuracy(ACC)and reaction time(RT),and ana-lyzed under repeated measures ANOVA.Results:1)Under α-wave music stimulation,ACC was significantly increased only in the online stimulation phase compared with the baseline phase(P<0.001).RT levels did not show significant changes during the online stimulation phase.2)Under tACS electrical stimulation,there was no significant change in ACC during the online stimulation phase,but it was significantly increased in the post-stimulation phase(P=0.003).Similarly,there was no significant difference in RT during the online stimulation phase(P=0.395),and RT decreased significantly in the post-stimulation phase(P=0.001).3)The interaction between different measurement stages and different stimulation conditions was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the ACC stage difference between α-wave music stimulation and tACS electrical stimulation in the baseline stage-online stimulation stage(P=0.114),and the difference in the online stimulation-post-stimulation stage was significant(P=0.011).The de-crease of RT under tACS electrical stimulation was slightly larger than that under α-wave music stimulation,but the difference was not significant(P=0.311).In the post-stimulation phase,the ACC under α-wave music stimulation stopped increasing,and the ACC under tACS electrical stimulation increased significantly,and exceeded the samples under α-wave music stimulation.The difference between the online stimulation-post-stimulation phase was significant(P=0.011).The RT decrease after tACS electrical stimulation was greater,but it was not significant com-pared with the RT decrease after α-wave music stimulation(P=0.511).Conclusions:Both α-wave music and tACS have the effect of improving the working memory ACC and RT of bas-ketball referees,and the degree of improvement of ACC and RT is basically the same,but the effective time of tACS has a certain lag compared with α-wave music.
