摘要

随着经济发展和社会进步,公众对于健康的期许已从满足基本诉求转向对抗衰老.快走作为一种简单有效的日常生活运动方式,已被证实具有促进健康和延缓衰老的作用.目前,学界关于快走运动抗衰老的潜在机制尚未完全揭示.通过从运动生理、生物细胞与循环系统、认知过程及交互视角进行多路径综合分析,可以发现,快走运动在减缓端粒长度缩短、减轻氧化应激水平、提高心肺功能、改善认知功能和调节情绪等方面具有积极作用.在快走运动时,需综合考量运动剂量、运动强度和运动安全性等因素,以确保运动的科学性和有效性.未来研究应进一步探索快走运动抗衰老复杂机制间的潜在交互作用,结合新兴科学技术进行精准监测,以制定个性化的运动方案,为促进公众身心健康、延缓衰老提供实践指导.

Abstract

With the development of the economy and social progress,the public's pursuit of health has evolved from meeting basic health needs to actively combating aging. As a popular form of daily exercise,brisk walking has been proved to have significant health-promoting and anti-aging effects. At present,the potential mechanisms underlying the anti-aging effects of brisk walking have not been fully elucidated. Through the multi-path comprehensive analysis that considers exercise physiology,biological cells and the circulatory system,cognitive pro-cesses,and interactions,it is evident that brisk walking positively influences the slowing of telo-mere shortening,reduces oxidative stress levels,enhances cardiorespiratory fitness,improves cognitive function,and helps regulate emotions. When engaging in brisk walking,it is essential to consider factors such as exercise dosage,intensity,and safety to ensure the scientific validity and effectiveness of the activity. Future research should further investigate the potential interac-tions among these complex mechanisms of brisking walk exercise for anti-aging and incorpo-rate emerging technologies to enable precise monitoring. This approach will facilitate the devel-opment of personalized exercise plans,ultimately offering practical guidance to both physical and mental health.
