Analysis and Establishment of Reference Value of Lower Limb Joint Strength in Weight-Bearing Squat
To construct the dynamic equation of lower limb movement in weight-bearing squat by using Newton dynamic theory,to calculate the extensor force and joint force of hip, knee and ankle by using the kinematic parameters of image analysis,to establish the reference value of lower limb strength of weight-bearing squat, and analyze the characteristics of changes in exten-sor muscle strength and joint stress of hip, knee, and ankle joints. Research suggests that:1) A simplified equation is constructed to calculated the baseline value of lower extremity joint strength for weighted deep squatting;2) the extensor tension of hip, knee and ankle decreased with the increase of knee angle, before the knee joint reaches 130°,the quadriceps muscle exerts the greatest tensile force;3) the stress of hip, knee and ankle also decreases with the increase of knee angle, the knee joint is the most stressed and has the greatest risk of injury.
