The sites which are located in the transition zone of the city to the countryside and in the urbanization process are called “great site of transition zone” in this article. We analysis the relationship between the site and the stakeholders of government, citizens and the city, and conclude that only in the balance point can “great site of transition zone” protect its authenticity and promote social and economic development.
