The anti- corruption on line appeares on the scene against the background of promoting the anti- corruption in China, and makes a particular landscape of anti- corruption in the new period. The nub of the anti- corruption on line is citizens’ supervision of the legitimacy and rationality of the operation of public power. The anti- corruption on line is a new form of citizens' political participation in the information era. There are many problems that should be solved of the anti- corruption on line, such as prominent disorderly participation, strong colors of irrational participation, shortage of participation in institutional supply and weaker participation ability of fighting capacity. In order to promote orderly citizens’ participation, we should regulate net behavior, strengthen the network supervision, perfect system supply, improve the quality of citizens and widen anti- corruption ways.
