基于PEST模型的我国高校去行政化研究

摘要
为了全面了解我国高校去行政化改革所面临的宏观环境，为我国高校去行政化找到合理的途径和策略，本文运用PEST分析框架，从政治、经济、社会以及技术环境等四个方面对我国高校所面临的外部环境进行全面分析。同时，借鉴西方现代大学制度的成熟经验，基于PEST分析的结果，提出了适应中国现实国情的我国高校“去行政化”的策略和方法，使我国高校的管理运行机制更加合理。
Abstract
In order to understand the external environment of the de-administration reform from political, economic, social and technological environment and find a reasonable way to the de-administration reform of higher education university in China, the PEST model was used in this study. According to the fully developed experience of the institution of modern university in western countries, the methods of de-administration in the status of China were proposed based on the analysis results of PEST model to make the mechanism of education administration more reasonable.
