The research about the dif erence of employment pressure between self-taught students and EC students--take Yunnan Normal University as an example
this research aims to find the dif erence of the pressure of employment between self-taught students and EC students and come up with bet er policies and finally provide further direction for researches in the future by comparing and analyzing the pressure of employment of self-taught students and EC students. This research uses the 《the questionnaire of college students’ employment pressure》made by Chenjun and Peng yanqing to randomly investigate the self-taught students and EC students in Yunnan Normal University. The result is that the employment pressure of self-taught students is significantly higher than that of EC students; the employment pressure of self-taught students is significantly higher than that of EC students considering the profession;and the employment pressure is roughly the same considering the gender,hometown, students-leader , and CPC of self-taught students and EC students.
