Protection and Utilization of Tunnel Warfare Sites of Resistance against Japanese Aggression
As a great achievement of the Chinese people during the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Ag-gression,tunnel warfare embodies the wisdom of the Chinese people,and the tunnel warfare sites are important witnesses to China's victory in the anti-fascist war.Currently,in China,there are mainly individual studies on tunnel warfare sites,but few comprehensive and in-depth studies on the existing tunnel warfare sites nationwide.Based on an overview of the overall situation of protection and utilization of tunnel warfare sites in China at the current stage,this article summarizes the historical evolution,distribution,regional characteristics,and the protection and utilization of tunnel war-fare sites.It analyzes the development advantages and existing problems and proposes suggestions for tunnel warfare site investiga-tion,protection of the sites and their surrounding environment,highlighting the special features of tunnel warfare site display and utilization,handling the relationship between the sites and villagers,and conducting inter-museum exchanges.
