Construction of an Intellectualized Scene Service System of National Archaeological Site Parks Empowered by Digital Intelligence
In the context of the knowledge economy and the digital age, digital intelligence is driving the protection and man-agement of cultural relics towards smart transformation. The inheritance and protection of cultural heritage are evolving in the di-rection of public-centered openness and sharing, continuous innovation and revitalization, interactive experiences, and intelligence.National archaeological parks,as specific public cultural spaces with national significance for the protection and utilization of large heritage sites in China, are inevitably exploring intellectualized service scenarios under the empowerment of digital intelligence and policy support. However, existing research indicates that national archaeological parks have not yet fully realized the potential of ap-plying digital intelligence technologies. There is little discussion on the composition and application of the intellectualized scene ser-vice system in these parks.Additionally, further study is needed on how to achieve the integration and interaction of elements between virtual and physical scenarios. This paper focuses on the 55 national archaeological parks officially announced by the National Cultural Heritage Administration of China. It employs online research methods to investigate the current status and development characteristics of service scenarios.Discussing the demands for the intellectualized scene service system empowered by digital intelligence,a five-layer intellectualized scene service system architecture is constructed, encompassing a foundational support layer, data processing layer, technical analysis layer, service scenario layer, and virtual-physical symbiosis layer. This paper proposes strategies for building the service system of na-tional archaeological parks to promote their protection, management, revitalization, value interpretation, and outcome transformation, ultimately enhancing public perception and experience.Compared to previous research, this paper focuses on two new aspects.First,to better address core issues related to public behav-ior,space and environment, activities, and experience,as well as links and data in national archaeological parks,an intellectualized scene service system composed of five levels is established, providing a new perspective for sustainable management.Second,it em-phasizes the empowerment of digital intelligence and proposes strategies for ensuring the intellectualized scene services, including the importance of executing digital construction standards and policies, focusing on the diversified design of service scenarios,strengthen-ing deep professional service thinking and capabilities, promoting sustainable management of integrated virtual-physical services, and improving the development of professional talent and technological reserves. These efforts aim to deepen the integration of cultural heritage protection and modern technologies. This paper explores the potential of digital intelligence technologies in enhancing service efficiency and public experience of national archaeological site parks.Utilizing advanced digital technologies and intelligent algorithms,it optimizes business processes,decision-making,and product services, thereby improving management efficiency and public satisfaction in national archaeological parks. This paper provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the intellectualized construction of these parks, enabling them to meet the demands of the digital age more effectively, facilitating research interpretation, cultural inheritance, and social shar-ing,and enhancing sustainable management capabilities.
