摘要
目的：应用脑电图癔症诱发试验（EEG-HPT）研究其在军人癔症患者中的诊断及治疗价值。方法将符合研究标准的军人癔症患者132例进行病因调查及规范的EEE-HPT操做。结果 EEG-HPT对诊断癔症的敏感性为93.32%，心理暗示治疗有效率93.50%。结论EEG-HPT对癔症的诊断及鉴别诊断是一种安全、可靠、经济、快捷的较为理想的手段。
Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the diagnosis and treatment value which apply the hysteria induced test (EEG-HPT)in military hysteria patients.Methods We enroled 132 standard military hysteria patients who received etiologic investigation and normative EEE-HPT operation.ResultsThe sensitivity of EEG-HPT in diagnosing hysteria was 93.32% and the effective rate of psychological hint treatment was 93.50% .Conclusion EEG-HPT is a safe, reliable, economic, and convinient ideal examination in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hysteria.
