摘要
目的：研究对比冠脉CTA与冠脉造影对冠心病的诊断价值。方法研究年度2015年1月～2015年10月，纳入冠心病共62例，随机分两组。31例选择冠脉造影，入对照组；31例选择冠脉CTA，入实验组。对比结果。结果两组结果无显著差异（P＞0.05），且不具统计学意义。两组检查特异性95.06%，敏感性89.36%，一致性93.27%。结论冠脉CTA诊断冠心病价值大，相比较冠脉造影，有准确、费用低、无创伤等优点。
Abstract
Objective To studied the Values of coronary CTA and coronary angiography in diagnosis of coronary heart disease are comparatively.Methods 62 patients with coronary heart disease who are treated in hospital from January 2015 to October 2015 and separated them into two groups randomly; 31 patients in control group were given coronary angiography diagnosis, while 31 patients in study group were given coronary CTA diagnosis, and then compared diagnosis results between two groups.ResultsThere was no differential between two groups and there was no statistic value to be observed (P>0.05). Diagnosis specificity rate was 95.06%, sensitivity rate was 89.36% and its consistency rate was 93.27% in this study.ConclusionCoronary CTA is much more valuable in diagnosis of coronary heart disease compared to coronary angiography, it is more accurate and its dose not cost too much, besides, such a diagnosis method left no trauma for patients, thus, such a diagnosis method is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
