摘要
目的：比较三种不同原理抗核抗体（Antinuclear antibody，ANA）检测方法的性能特点，评估其临床应用价值。方法445例血清样本分别采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）、间接免疫荧光法（IIF）和免疫印迹法（LIA）三种方法进行检测，比较三者检验结果的一致性。结果 ELISA与IIF、EILSA与LIA、IIF与LIA结果一致性比较均一般（Kappa值分别为0.573、0.725、0.566，P＜0.05）。结论 ELISA法适用于ANA样本初筛，但不能够以ELISA法完全取代IIF法或LIA法，各实验室可根据患者的病情需要选择合适的检测方法。
Abstract
Objective To compare the characteristics of three assay methods of antinuclear antibody (ANA) and to evaluate their clinical use.Methods 445 sera specimens were detected by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays(ELISA),Indirect Immunofluorescence (IIF)and Line Immumoassay (LIA), then consistency of the three methods were analyzed.Results There were some differences of the consistency of the three methods(Kappa 0.573、0.725、0.566,P<0.05)respectively.ConclusionELISA was suitable for the screening of the ANA specimens,which could not replace IIF or LIA completely. The assay methods should be adopted according to the disease of the patients.
