中药饮片验收入库质量问题成因分析与改进措施
Analysis of the Causes of Quality Problems and Improvement Measures in the Acceptance and Storage of Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces

摘要
目的 分析福州市中医院中药饮片验收入库质量问题成因并提出改进措施.方法 样本选取单位为福建省福州市中医院.对照组包括 2021 年 1-12 月未实行改进措施前的中药库验收入库中药饮片 400 批次,对本组样品进行质量问题成因分析后提出改进措施并实施.观察组包括 2022 年 1-12 月开始实行改进措施后的中药库验收入库中药饮片 400 批次.观察两组的中药饮片常见质量问题发生率、中药饮片合格率.结果 观察组中药饮片验收入库质量问题发生率(1.00%)低于对照组(15.00%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组中药饮片合格率(99.00%)高于对照组(87.25%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 改进措施切实有效,能够为其他医院中药饮片验收入库水平提升提供参考.
Abstract
Objective To analyse of the causes of quality problems and improvement measures in the acceptance and storage of traditional Chinese herbal medicine pieces.Methods The sample selection unit was Fuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Fujian Province.The control group included 400 batches of Chinese herbal medicine pieces from January to December,2021 before the implementation of improvement measures.After analyzing the causes of quality problems in this group of samples,improvement measures were proposed and implemented.The observation group included 400 batches of Chinese herbal medicine pieces from the Chinese medicine library after the implementation of improvement measures from January to December,2022.The incidence of common quality problems and qualification rate of traditional Chinese medicine slices in two groups were observed.Results The incidence of quality issues in the acceptance and storage of Chinese herbal decoction pieces in the observation group(1.00%)was lower than that in the control group(15.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of traditional Chinese medicine slices in the observation group(99.00%)was higher than that in the control group(87.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement measures are practical and effective,and can provide a reference for the improvement of the level of Chinese herbal medicine pieces in other hospitals.
