Challenges and Countermeasures of Human Resource Management in Public Hospitals Under the New Situation
In recent years,the national medical reform has entered a critical stage,and the economic operation and sustainable development of public hospitals are under great pressure,which leads to new challenges in hospital human resource management and increased management difficulty.This paper analyzes the current situation of human resource management in public hospitals under the new situation,clarifies the factors that affect human resource management in public hospitals under the new situation and the difficulties they face,and puts forward relevant measures to improve the efficiency of human resource management in public hospitals under the new situation.In the new situation,the human resource management of public hospitals needs to continuously improve work efficiency,establish and improve refined cost control,guarantee and gradually improve the salary and treatment of medical staff,strengthen the non-salary incentive policy for employees,and do a good job of humanistic care for employees,so as to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,ensure their sense of collective belonging,and promote the harmonious and sustainable development of labor relations.
