The construction of party style,clean government and anti-corruption in public hospitals has always been the focus of public attention.As the specialized organ of intra-party supervision and hospital supervision,discipline inspection and supervision departments play an increasingly important role in promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals,and the effectiveness of their work will affect the development of the overall work of the hospital.However,by reviewing the past problems of discipline inspection work in a top-three hospital and analyzing the current status of discipline inspection work,it is concluded that the discipline inspection and supervision department has many shortcomings while making achievements and contributions,such as:Insufficient personnel allocation,insufficient supervision,imperfect supervision system,and ineffective disciplinary measures may lead to loopholes in the internal management of the hospital,which is prone to violations of discipline and law,affecting the reputation and credibility of the hospital.How to maximize the function of discipline inspection and supervision in hospitals needs to accurately separate out problems and analyze the causes.Discipline inspection and supervision organs should identify the responsibility positioning in hospital management,so as to provide a strong disciplinary guarantee for the high-quality development of public hospitals.
