Practical Exploration of Chinese Medicine Service Capacity Improvement Under"National Exam"
The performance assessment of national tertiary public TCM hospitals is an important yardstick to test the effectiveness of the reform and development of public TCM hospitals,a powerful tool to promote the implementation of public TCM hospital policies,and a"baton"to implement the functional positioning of tertiary public TCM hospitals.This paper studies and analyzes the connotation of TCM service capacity building under the"national examination"by giving full play to the role of the"baton"in the performance assessment of the national tertiary public TCM hospitals in Nantong city,Jiangsu Province.Through strengthening the leadership of party building,enhancing service efficiency,innovating service,the study aims to provide reference for guiding TCM hospitals to strengthen their distinctive advantages,enhance their service capacity,promote their initiative to strengthen and improve their scientific management capacity,as well as achieve the functional orientation of adhering to the direction of running TCM hospitals,deepen medical reform,and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of TCM hospitals.
