The development of the medical sector is a dynamic process that needs constant adjustment and improvement.This paper analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses of the medical sector,SWOT analysis model,also known as situation analysis,is a relatively mature strategic planning method as well as external opportunities and threats through the SWOT model.On the internal side,its advantages and disadvantages may involve medical resources,human resources,facilities and equipment,technical level,management ability,etc.On the external side,the opportunities facing the medical sector include growing medical demand,innovation opportunities brought about by technological advances,etc.,while threats may come from factors such as challenges from competitors,regulatory changes,etc.In response to these problems,this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures to help the medical sector achieve sustainable development,provide higher quality medical services,and meet the health needs of the society.
