The Problems and Countermeasures of the Health Management of the"Medical and Elderly Care Integration"Elderly Care Service in Tianjin
Under the dual requirements of the medical and health industry for the management of elderly care service standards and the rapid development of population aging,the integration of elderly care and medical institutions towards medical care has been promoted.This paper explores various ways to achieve the integration of medical care and elderly care in Tianjin,including signing contracts and cooperation between elderly care institutions and medical institutions,setting up medical institutions in elderly care institutions,and setting up elderly care institutions within medical institutions.In the process of implementing various methods,it is essential to encounter some problems such as the extreme shortage of professional medical staff,the uneven allocation of elderly care and medical health resources,and the imperfect medical insurance settlement system due to the deviation of the integration degree between elderly care services and medical health services from expectations.In response to the above issues,this article proposes some targeted improvement suggestions:formulating strict implementation policies for the integration of medical and nursing care;optimize resource allocation;strengthen the training of medical staff;promote preferential policies to attract talents.Establish and improve the medical insurance settlement system,and improve the social security system for the integration of medical and elderly care.This reform will further improve the medical and health service system,and promote the development of the elderly care service industry to a deeper level.
