Influence of Hierarchical Management for Work Enthusiasm and Professional Identity of Nurses in Operating Room
Objective To investigate the influence of hierarchical management mode for work enthusiasm and professional identity of nurses in operating room.Methods A total of 80 nurses in operating room of Tianjin Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center,Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from October 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by the method of random number table,each had 40 cases.The control group was treated with routine operation room management intervention,while the observation group was treated with hierarchical management mode.Then the work enthusiasm(work enthusiasm scale),professional identity(professional identity scale)and job satisfaction(minnesota satisfaction questionnaire)of two groups before and after the management intervention were compared.Results The scores of work enthusiasm scale,professional identity scale and minnesota satisfaction questionnaire of two groups before the management intervention were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the scores of work enthusiasm scale,professional identity scale and minnesota satisfaction questionnaire of two groups after the management intervention were significantly higher,and the three scales of observation group were all significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management mode can significantly improve the work enthusiasm and professional identity of nurses in operating room,and the nurses'job satisfaction is relatively higher,so the application value of hierarchical management mode in the nurses in operating room is higher.
