The Application Value of Building a Hospital Nursing Human Resource Sharing Platform
Objective To discuss the applied value of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University nursing human resource sharing platform and the promotion of the hospital nursing staff allocations.Methods A total of 35 nurses and 100 patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to December 2022 were chosen as research subjects.From January 2020 to April 2021,the routine nursing human resource management modes of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were applied in the control group;from May 2021 to December 2022,the nursing human resource reforms of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University based on the hospital sharing platform were applied in the observation group.At the different time periods,the nurse's work quality,work efficacy,average performance and nursing skill scores were compared;since the construction of the hospital sharing platform,the post sharing condition,support person-time and saved human resource costs were counted.Among 100 patients(50 cases in each group)of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University,the clinical satisfactions were analyzed.Results The satisfaction of all nursing staff in the observation group with the quality and efficiency of hospital nursing work(100%),average performance[(2 624.36±371.05)yuan],and departmental nursing skill assessment scores[(92.68±7.05)points]were all higher than those in the control group[77.14%,(1 936.54±291.72)yuan,(86.16±8.93)points].The nursing satisfaction of patients(100%)was higher than that of the control group(78.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Since the construction of the hospital sharing platform,35 posts were shared with 4 189 support person-times;a total of RMB 4.71 million Yuan was saved.Conclusion The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University nursing human resource sharing platform can effectively solve the hospital nursing human resource problems,improve the hospital nursing quality,work efficacy,professional skills and personnel salary as well as the nursing staff's and patient's satisfaction.
