Staphylococcus and Neisseria Tablet Combined With ICS+LABA in the Treatment of Patients With Acute Attack of Moderate and Severe COPD
Objective To investigate and observe the effect of staphylococcus and neisseria tablet combined with inhaled corticosteroid+long-acting β2-agonist(ICS+LABA)in the treatment of patients with acute attack of moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and influence for life quality.Methods A total of 80 patients in Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University with acute attack of moderate and severe COPD from June 2020 to December 2021 were divided into the control group with 40 cases and the observation group with 40 cases by the method of random number table.The control group was treated with ICS + LABA,the observation group was treated with staphylococcus and neisseria tablet on the treatment of the control group.Then the total effective rates of COPD treatment,adverse reactions rates,symptom and sign scores,disease status[COPD assessment test(CAT score)]and life quality[World Health Organization on quality of life brief scale(WHOQOL-BREF score)]before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of COPD treatment of observation group at 1st and 2nd week after the treatment were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the adverse reactions rates of two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 1st and 2nd week after the treatment,the COPD related symptom and sign scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,composition of CAT scores were significantly better than those of control group,the WHOQOL-BREF scores were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of staphylococcus and neisseria tablet combined with ICS + LABA in the treatment of patients with acute attack of moderate and severe COPD is better,and it can significantly improve the life quality of patients.
