The Effect of Combination of Carboprost,Aminobutane and Triol Injection and Uterine Tamponade Balloon Catheter in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage
Objective To analyze the hemostatic effect of combined use of uterine tamponade balloon catheter and balloon compression on postpartum hemorrhage patients receiving treatment with carboprost tromethamine injection,as well as its impact on coagulation function and adverse reactions.Methods A total of 80 postpartum hemorrhage patients admitted to department of gynecology,the Second Hospital of Fuqing City from January 2019 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and a study group(n=40).The control group was treated with carboprost tromethamine injection combined with wound suturing,while the study group was treated with carboprost tromethamine injection combined with uterine tamponade balloon catheter balloon compression.The hemostatic effects of the two groups were compared coagulation function and adverse reactions.Results The success rate of hemostasis in the study group(95.0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.5%)(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the study group had shorter surgical procedures and hospital stay(P<0.05),while the amount of blood transfusion and 24 h bleeding was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the study group had higher levels of fibrinogen(FIB)(P<0.05),while lower levels of prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as postoperative infection,hemorrhagic shock,and postoperative fever in the study group(10.0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(35.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion On the premise of choosing carboprost tromethamine injection to treat postpartum hemorrhage patients,the combined use of uterine tamponade balloon catheter and balloon compression therapy is simple and convenient,which can significantly shorten the surgical operation time and improve the hemostatic effect.Moreover,it can significantly improve the coagulation function of patients with minimal adverse reactions and high safety.
