Children are the high-risk groups of infectious diseases,and the nurseries are the main places for the infection and epidemic of infectious diseases in children.Once the epidemic situation of infectious diseases breaks out in kindergartens,it will seriously affect the teaching order of kindergartens,even further expand the formation of a region or even the national or global epidemic,to children,families,society,a greater impact on the national and global public health problem.By sorting out the epidemic situation and research direction of childhood infectious diseases in kindergartens in China,this study expounds the advances in the prevention and treatment of childhood infectious diseases in childcare facilities in China from three aspects,pathogen detection methods,legal systems for prevention and control,and insufficiency of coordinative prevention and control.In a word,this study can provide a reference for the prevention and control of childhood infectious diseases in nurseries in China in the new era.
