Influence of Humanized Management for Occupational Adaptability and Occupational Pressure of New Nurses
Objective To investigate the influence of humanized management for occupational adaptability and occupational pressure of new nurses. Methods A total of 80 new nurses from July 2019 to July 2022 were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table.A total of 40 cases of control group were treated with routine management intervention,40 cases of observation group were treated with humanized management intervention. Then the occupational adaptability(occupational adaptability scale)and occupational pressure(nurses'work stressors scale)before and after the management intervention, satisfaction with management mode of two groups were compared. Results Before management intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of occupational adaptability scale and nurses job stressor scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After the management intervention, the scores of the vocational adaptability scale of the two groups of new nurses were higher than before the management intervention, and the scores of the nurses'job stressors scale were lower than before the management intervention. After management intervention, the score of occupational adaptability scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the score of nurse job stressor scale was lower than that in the control group, and the total satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,higher than that of the control group(82.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized management can significantly improve the occupational adaptability and occupational pressure of new nurses,so its application value in the new nurses is relatively higher.
