The Current Situation Investigation of Psychological Contract Among Nurses in Teaching Hospital
Objective To investigate the current situation of nurses'psychological contract in teaching hospitals in Yunnan Province,to understand the forms of nurses'psychological contract and their satisfaction scores,and to compare the characteristics of hospital obligations and nurses'obligations under psychological contract,so as to provide a basis for the management of nurses'psychological contract.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to investigate 402 nurses from 3 teaching hospitals in Yunnan Province from May to June 2022,and the psychological contract questionnaire developed by ROUSSEAU was used to investigate.Results The scores of psychological contract form from high to low were relational(3.21±0.78)points,balanced(3.17±0.72)points,transactional(2.64±0.71)points,and satisfaction of psychological contract(3.53±0.69)points.There were significant differences between hospital obligations and nurses obligations in each dimension of forms and status of psychological contract(P<0.01).Conclusion The form of psychological contract of nurses in 3 teaching hospitals in Yunnan province is in a benign state,but nurses perceive their psychological contract obligations with hospitals,and nurses pay more than hospitals,and the satisfaction of psychological contract needs to be improved.
