Study on Motivation Preference of Medical Staff in a Hospital in Lanzhou City
Objective To provide theoretical reference for establishing relevant systems by analyzing the motivational factors that affect work enthusiasm and the preferences of medical staff with different characteristics towards motivational factors.Methods From November 24 to December 1,2020,a cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 413 medical staff.SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used to conduct descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,exploratory factor analysis and one-way analysis of variance on the data.Results Medical staff believe that all 17 motivational factors are important,with the most important being salary and benefits,performance evaluation,leadership quality and technical improvement.Gender,age,education,and other characteristics have a significant impact on the preference for motivational factors.Conclusion Satisfying healthcare factors such as salary,benefits and performance evaluation for medical staff can eliminate negative behavior,optimize leadership qualities and enhance motivation factors such as technical improvement,which can enhance work enthusiasm.
