Preliminary Study on Fine Management of Primary and Secondary Libraries of in Vitro Diagnostic Reagents in"Multi-Hospital Era"
In order to better meet people's growing demand for high-quality medical and health services and continuously enhance people's sense of gain, happiness and security, more and more public hospitals have opened multiple wards. While improving the level and quality of medical services,a large amount of manpower, equipment and other resources need to be invested, which greatly increases the operating costs.Among them, the procurement cost of medical materials also accounts for a large proportion of the overall operating cost of the hospital, but there are relatively few studies on the cost management of multi-hospital procurement of medical materials at this stage, lacking the corresponding theoretical basis and enough practical experience. Therefore, this paper tries to manage the whole process of the first and second libraries of in vitro diagnostic reagents, timely understand the inventory and real-time consumption of departments, standardize the flow of reagents in hospitals, formulate procurement plans and achieve controllability, and realize the fine management of in vitro diagnostic reagents,so as to reduce the procurement cost of medical materials.Besides, the prominent problems found in the process of in vitro diagnostic reagents management are described and analyzed. And try to put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.
