Discussion on the Construction and Practice of Unified Management Model of Pre-Admission for Day Surgery
As one of the key tasks in the reform of the national medical and health system,day surgery is in a rapid development stage in China.Comprehensive hospital day surgery centers need to construct a scientific,standardized and distinctive day surgery service system based on the standards,advantages and characteristics of day surgery,combined with medical insurance policies,covering the entire process of patient preoperative evaluation,admission,surgery,discharge,follow-up and rehabilitation.This article aims to introduce a day surgery center led by anesthesiologists in grade A tertiary hospital in Guangdong,which implements a centralized and standardized management system for day surgery pre-admission preparation.The admission ward adopts both centralized and decentralized methods to achieve surgery upon admission,with unified follow-up by the center,and the establishment of a comprehensive information system platform and intelligent follow-up system with real-time data monitoring.The pre-admission management model not only provides convenient services for day surgery patients but also improves the work efficiency of medical staff,shortens the preoperative hospital stay time for patients,and reduces the risk of hospital cross-infection.The day surgery management center adopts a one-stop unified management system for day surgery pre-admission,following the clinical pathway management and the whole process rehabilitation and health education system.The demonstration shows that the day surgery service model of grade A tertiary hospital in Guangdong has achieved good social and economic benefits and has achieved certain results.
