Application of Path Quality Inspection Combined With Zero Defect Service Management in Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Objective To explore the application value of path quality inspection combined with zero defect service management in orthopedic nursing management.Methods A total of 24 orthopedic nursing staff from Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected to conduct nursing management in accordance with routine mode from February 2021 to February 2022,and 108 orthopedic patients were treated,and in accordance with path quality inspection combined with zero defect service management from March 2022 to March 2023,and 108 orthopedic patients were treated.The work quality before and after nursing of this group of nursing staff was compared and nursing satisfaction was calculated.Results The quality of nursing work after management was better than that before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the qualified rate of first aid items,technical operation,document writing,disinfection and isolation,basic nursing,clinical path and nursing service package were higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing care after management was 87.96%,higher than 73.15%before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of path quality inspection and zero defect service management in orthopedic nursing management can effectively improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
