Practice and Discussion on Improving the Core Competence of Community Nurses in Grassroots Medical Institutions
With the continuous deepening of medical reform and the vigorous promotion of graded diagnosis and treatment and medical integration,the demand for community health services among residents continues to increase.Community nurses play an important role in the grassroots medical and health service system,responsible for providing basic medical care services,public health services,and health education to community residents.Due to the unique working environment of community nurses,they need to possess certain core competencies to cope with various challenges and needs.The author summarizes the practice of enhancing the core competence of community nurses in the affiliated community health service center,a close medical consortium unit of Third Branch,the Affiliated Huai'an No.1 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.The aim is to explore the practices and methods of enhancing the core competence of community nurses in grassroots medical institutions,in order to improve the comprehensive quality of community nurses,enhance core competencies,and improve work efficiency,service quality,and resident satisfaction.
