Diagnostic Value of Cardiac Magnetic Resonance in Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of cardiac magnetic resonance technology in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Methods A total of 48 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected for analysis. All participants underwent echocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance examination. The cardiac function test parameters, myocardial thickness and disease detection rate of different diagnostic examinations were compared and analyzed. Results Cardiac function parameters, interventricular septal myocardial thickness, anterior wall myocardial thickness, lateral wall myocardial thickness, inferior wall myocardial thickness, and disease detection rate of cardiac magnetic resonance examination were not statistically different from those of echocardiography(P>0.05).The thickness of apical myocardium examined by cardiac magnetic resonance examination was(13.51±2.46)mm,lower than that by echocardiography(17.68±3.42)mm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with echocardiography, cardiac magnetic resonance technology has a higher diagnostic effect for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which can improve the disease detection rate to a certain extent, better judge the condition, and give corresponding clinical treatment.
