Comparison of the Efficacy of AngioJet Thrombectomy and CDT in the Treatment of Acute Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities
Objective To compare and analyze the efficacy of AngioJet thrombectomy and catheterdirected thrombolysis(CDT)in the treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis admitted to department of vascular surgery,Sanming Yong'an General Hospital from January 2017 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 34 patients were treated with AngioJet thrombus removal as AngioJet group and 42 patients were treated with CDT as CDT group. The differences in the thrombus clearance rate, thrombolysis time, urokinase dosage, hospital stay, postoperative complication rate, and 12 month follow-up Villalta score(Villalta)between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In AngioJet group,0 cases were cleared in gradeⅠ,8 cases were cleared in gradeⅡ,26 cases were cleared in grade Ⅲ,in CDT group,5 cases were cleared in grade Ⅰ,14 cases were cleared in gradeⅡ,and 23 cases were cleared in grade Ⅲ.The thrombus clearance rate in AngioJet group was better than that in CDT group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in thrombolysis time, urokinase dosage, hospital stay and postoperative hemoglobinuria incidence between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion AngioJet has better thrombectomy efficacy than CDT,and can reduce thrombolysis time and urokinase dosage, thereby shortening hospital stay.
