The"double-channel"system has opened up the last kilometer of the supply of special drugs,providing a strong guarantee for the full implementation of the medical insurance policy for special drugs.The implementation of the"double-channel"system has improved the accessibility of special drugs and the social benefits of the medical insurance fund,met the reasonable needs of the insured patients for special drugs,effectively reduced the burden of patients'medication,and improved the satisfaction and sense of gain of the people.However,there are still many problems to be solved in the"double-channel"management system of special drugs in terms of drug safety in designated pharmacies,drug management information construction,and policy publicity of special drugs.This paper mainly reviewed the development history and policy implementation status of special drug management system and"dual channel"management system in Guizhou Province,and explored the deep-rooted problems in the existing special drug management mechanism.Finally,this paper puts forward optimization countermeasures such as strengthening the supervision of designated pharmacies,strengthening the information construction,and strengthening the supply of supporting policies.
