Clinical and Biochemical Evaluation of the Efficacy of Fat-Soluble Antioxidants in the Treatment of Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension
Objective To explore the clinical and biochemical evaluation of the effectiveness of fat-soluble antioxidants in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertensiony. Methods A total of 100 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension treated in Dongguan Huangjiang Hospital,Guangdong Province from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional combined therapy, and the observation group was treated with vitamin E.The indexes of disease, coagulation function and oxidative stress were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in disease indexes between 2 groups(P>0.05).After 1 week of treatment, the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and 24 h urinary protein quantity in 2 groups were lower than before treatment, and the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and 24 h urinary protein quantity in observation group were(82.11±4.58)mmHg,(131.42±6.42)mmHg and(0.17±0.04)g,respectively.Lower than control group(88.79±4.73)mmHg,(139.72±6.74)mmHg,(0.26±0.06)g,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in coagulation function indexes between 2 groups(P>0.05).After 1 week of treatment, prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and fibrinogen(FIB)were better than those before treatment, and PT,TT,APTT and FIB in observation group were better than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in oxidative stress index between 2 groups(P>0.05).After 1 week of treatment, malonaldehyde(MDA),ischemia modified albumin(IMA)and myeloperoxidase(MPO)in 2 groups were lower than before treatment.MDA,IMA and MPO in observation group were lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fat-soluble antioxidants can play a good effect in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension diseases, and clinical-biochemical evaluation can assist clinical timely clarification of the disease outcome of patients, which is conducive to better clinical use of drugs to treat diseases.
