Clinical Effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the Treatment of Early Diabetes Nephropathy
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenqi Dihuang decoction in the treatment of early diabetes nephropathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were selected from department of nephrology,Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Ningde from May 2021 to May 2022.Groups were divided into 40 cases by coin toss.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the analysis group was treated with Shenqi Dihuang decoction on this basis.TCM syndrome score,blood glucose index and renal function index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The TCM syndrome scores(fatigue and fatigue,dry mouth and tongue,soreness and weakness in the waist and knees,self sweating and night sweating,purple and dark lips,and fat and dentate marks on the tongue)of the 2 groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores of the analysis group were lower than those of the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The blood glucose indexes[fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)]of the 2 groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the blood glucose indexes in analysis group were lower than those in reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The renal function indexes of 2 groups after treatment were better than before treatment.After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),urinary albumin to creatinine ratio(UACR)in the analysis group were(72.13±4.12)μmol/L,(4.22±0.44)mmol/L and(57.46±4.98)μg/min,respectively.Lower than(76.50±4.91)μmol/L,(5.20±0.41)mmol/L,(65.77±4.12)μg/min in reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of early diabetes nephropathy,the application of Shenqi Dihuang decoction can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and can also effectively control the renal function and blood sugar level of patients.
