Effect of Integrated Management Model of Anesthesiologist and Nurse Anesthetist in Epidural Painless Delivery Care
Objective To investigate the application effects of integrated management mode of anesthesiologist and nurse anesthetist in epidural painless delivery care. Methods A total of 80 pregnant women admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University and Maternal and Children Hospital of Xiamen University,School of Medicine,Xiamen University from October 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into 2 groups with 40 cases each according to random number table method. In the control group, the conventional anesthesia and nursing methods were adopted in epidural block painless delivery care, and the observation group implemented the integrated management mode of anesthesiologist and nurse anesthetist on the basis of the control group. The first, second and third stages of delivery, treatment satisfaction and neonatal Apgar score were compared and analyzed of two groups. Results The first stage of labor in the observation group was(522.46±2.71)min,which was shorter than that in the control group(543.15±2.82)min(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of diagnosis and treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than that in the control group(55.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in neonatal Apgar scores of two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The integration management mode of anesthesiologist and nurse anesthetist are safe and effective for epidural painless delivery care, shorten the labor process and improve the satisfaction of pregnant women.
