Objective To observe the impact of the CICARE communication model on anxiety,depression,and quality of life in elderly infertility patients.Methods A total of 100 elderly infertility patients who visited the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,each with 50 cases.The control group received routine intervention,while the experimental group received CICARE communication model intervention.The negative emotions and quality of life of two groups of patients before and after intervention,and evaluate their satisfaction with the intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups significantly decreased compared to before the intervention,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups improved compared to before,and the experimental group had a higher score(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of intervention guidance in the experimental group(100%)was higher than that in the control group(85.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly infertility,the CICARE communication model can alleviate anxiety and depression,improve quality of life,and achieve ideal results.
