场景互动电子生物反馈训练在女性压力性尿失禁中的临床应用研究

目的 探讨场景互动电子生物反馈训练在尿失禁治疗中的作用。方法 选取 2020 年 12 月—2023 年 6 月之间福建省龙岩市第二医院妇产科收治的患有尿失禁的女性患者 120 例为研究对象,随机分为 2 组,各 60 例。对照组按常规在静卧体位下分步完成电刺激、生物反馈训练;试验组在场景互动下同步进行电刺激、生物反馈和场景生物反馈联合治疗。对比 2 组患者的盆底肌肌力、子宫脱垂分度、压力性尿失禁、个人生活社会功能评定量表(personal and social performance scale,PSP)、负性情绪[视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)、文字描述评价量表(verbal descriptors scale VDS)]评价。结果 试验组患者的盆底肌肌力、子宫脱垂分度、压力性尿失禁等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。PSP评分试验组高于对照组,而试验组VAS评分(32。02±3。26)分、VDS评分(32。23±3。08)分,均低于对照组的(43。23±2。63)分、(44。63±3。09)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 场景互动电子生物反馈训练能有效改善女性尿失禁症状,降低子宫脱垂分度,提高盆底肌肌力与生活社会功能水平,改善不良情绪。
Clinical Application of Scene Interactive Electronic Biofeedback Training in Female Stress Urinary Incontinence
Objective To explore the role of scene interactive electronic Biofeedback training in the treatment of Urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 120 female patients with urinary incontinence admitted to department of gynaecology and obstetrics,the Second Hospital of Longyan City,Fujian Province from December 2020 to June 2023 were taken as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups with random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group completed electrical stimulation and biofeedback training step by step in the routine resting position.The experimental group received simultaneous treatment of electrical stimulation,biofeedback and scene Biofeedback under scene interaction.The pelvic floor muscle strength,uterine prolapse graduation,stress Urinary incontinence,personal and social performance scale(PSP),negative emotions[visual analog scale(VAS),verbal descriptors scale(VDS)]of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The pelvic floor muscle strength,uterine prolapse grading,and stress urinary incontinence of the experimental group patients were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);TThe PSP score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,while the VAS score(32.02±3.26)points and VDS score(32.23±3.08)points of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(43.23±2.63)points and(44.63±3.09)points,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Scene interactive electronic biofeedback training can effectively improve female Urinary incontinence symptoms,reduce the division of Uterine prolapse,improve pelvic floor muscle strength and social function,and improve bad mood.
