Clinical Application of Scene Interactive Electronic Biofeedback Training in Female Stress Urinary Incontinence
Objective To explore the role of scene interactive electronic Biofeedback training in the treatment of Urinary incontinence. Methods A total of 120 female patients with urinary incontinence admitted to department of gynaecology and obstetrics, the Second Hospital of Longyan City,Fujian Province from December 2020 to June 2023 were taken as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into two groups with random number table method,60 cases in each group. The control group completed electrical stimulation and biofeedback training step by step in the routine resting position. The experimental group received simultaneous treatment of electrical stimulation, biofeedback and scene Biofeedback under scene interaction. The pelvic floor muscle strength, uterine prolapse graduation, stress Urinary incontinence, personal and social performance scale(PSP),negative emotions[visual analog scale(VAS),verbal descriptors scale(VDS)]of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The pelvic floor muscle strength, uterine prolapse grading, and stress urinary incontinence of the experimental group patients were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);TThe PSP score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, while the VAS score(32.02±3.26)points and VDS score(32.23±3.08)points of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(43.23±2.63)points and(44.63±3.09)points,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Scene interactive electronic biofeedback training can effectively improve female Urinary incontinence symptoms, reduce the division of Uterine prolapse, improve pelvic floor muscle strength and social function, and improve bad mood.
