Research on Constructing a Predictive Model for Preeclampsia Based on Clinical Data in the Second Trimester of Pregnancy
Objective To explore the predictive value of clinical data in the second trimester of pregnancy for constructing preeclampsia diseases. Methods A total of 275 pregnant women during pregnancy of the Third People's Hospital of Ji′ning from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and 105 women with preeclampsia were selected as the observation group.Another 170 pregnant women were selected as the control group, and the prediction model was constructed by logistic regression analysis, nomogram,Receiver operating characteristic and other methods. Results There was no significant difference in age, pregnancy, birth, abortion, surviving children, multipara, history of adverse pregnancy, history of Caesarean section, and height(P>0.05).Through logistic regression analysis, body mass index(BMI)、International standard ratio(INR)、fibrinogen(FIB),and diastolic blood pressure were high-risk factors for preeclampsia, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).According to Receiver operating characteristic and nomogram analysis,BMI,FIB,albumin and diastolic blood pressure can be used to diagnose preeclampsia, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion BMI,FIB,albumin, and diastolic blood pressure in mid pregnancy have certain predictive effects on the diagnosis of preeclampsia.
