Discussion on the Construction of Mobile First Aid System Before Emergency Hospital
Objective To explore the construction of pre-hospital mobile emergency system.Methods By retrospective analysis,a total of 260 pre-hospital emergency patients in the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University from January to December,2021 were selected as the reference group(no pre-hospital mobile emergency system was used),and another 260 pre-hospital emergency patients from January to December,2022 were selected as the experimental group(emergency pre-hospital mobile emergency system was enabled).The quality of rescue between groups was compared(emergency case arrangement,equipment management and emergency case staff's professional ability).Results After the emergency pre-hospital mobile emergency system was put into use,the arrangement of emergency caseworkers,equipment management,professional ability and inspection ability of emergency caseworkers in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=61.385,45.876,22.768,48.350,P<0.05).The treatment time,mortality rate and the incidence of doctor-patient disputes in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t/χ2=63.194,37.098,5.540,18.531,P<0.05).In addition,the total satisfaction of family members in the experimental group(96.53%)was higher than that in the reference group(80.77%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=32.138,P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the scientific and practical operation mode of pre-hospital mobile emergency system to pre-hospital emergency patients can effectively improve the emergency service ability,reduce the mortality rate of emergency patients and gain high recognition from the masses,so it should be popularized.
